Icon Starburst Background Color problem
 

My merchant is a very low level character, so nearly all items appear with the dark red starburst background. Of course, furniture or other misc items appear with the beige starburst background. When I list items for sale, the beige icons turn a bright red, but the items with the dark red background stay the same. So I can't really tell if I've forgotten to list a piece of armor, or sometimes can't even tell if I've remembered to hit the 'sell' button at a glance.

I need a way to change the colors of a 'cannot use' item and a 'busy' item, apparently, but cannot see where to do it. I found the .dds file with the starburst pattern, but can't figure out what file accesses or changes the colors.

Can someone verify that this cannot be changed? I'm no programmer but I've spent hours trying to figure it out. =P

You should be able to edit the .dds file and put it in your custom UI folder in the same relative location as it is in the default folder. That'd be it.

The tinting on that is pushed from the server, I'm afraid.
