Connection Test
 

OK, i've knocked up a small .NET application that attepmts to connect to the XML file using a HTTP reader and in theory will be able to show slightly more useful error message. However I know there is a policy that admin want to see the source code before I put it up for download. So, who do I send it to?

taco-man is the creator of the patcher program. If you send it to him he may be able to add it to the patcher.

im very interested in it, i pm'ed you my email. ill add it asap (should be by the weekend). im working on upgrading my computer or i would do it sooner.
