Is there a quick and easy way to stop the ui from loading till ui's are compatible after the DoF expansion?

Rename eq2.ini to something else like eq2.backup.ini or whatever.

Once you've replaced the UI with a compatible one, rename it back.

I renamed it, and it loaded up the original UI but half of my bags doesnt show up. I guess it kept the same size from the other UI, but the original UI has a bigger bag size with bigger icons. Anyway to fix this?

yup. you'll have to move or delete your "server_character_eq2_uisettings.ini" files. these contain window placements. if the default UI windows are of different sizes than the custom UI windows you were using, the placements will be fubared. moving these temporarily will fix this until we get updated versions of our fav mods.

anyone having bag issues and has resolved it reverted from zonx back to default till update for ui how do i fix the bags from cutting off HELP

My (temp) default UI has chopped bags too. And in my Persona, it's saying some features require DoF expansion, which I have.


(oops, but what iesmeh said to do was spot on - workin like a champ now :)
