Plz help the UI-Noob :)
 

Okay I got EQ2Map installed and it works fine.
So now i want a few additions to my normal ui,
well i shopped this forum and found the ones i like.

Now the Problem:
all that was in the .zip's is the following:
eq2ui_inventory_bag.xml
eq2ui_mainhud_clock.xml
eq2ui_mainhud_hotkey.xml
eq2ui_mainhud_startbutton.xml

so i tried to put them into the
EQ2\UI\EQ2MAP\eq2map dir. Didn't load at all.

then I tried to overwrite the original ones in
EQ2\UI\Default. Didn't load at all.

I also tried thr /loadui command but didn't work.

So plz can anyone tell me what exactly to do so I get those great additions loaded.

Your first try was closer... you need to put them in the EQ2\UI\EQ2MAP\ folder not the EQ2\UI\EQ2MAP\eq2map folder.

Using the /loadui command at the moment will make your interface do goofy things. It has been broken since eq2 went live. Also for /loadui to show an interface to be avaible it needs to have a eq2ui_skininfo.xml in the folder with it.
