Need Font Help
 

Hey guys I am trying to mod Profits Maintained window so it can be smaller sized i got the icons already sized from 30,30 to 25,25 probably gonna make a 20,20 also but i'm having a problem since Profit used FontArial14T.xml which i cant seem to make heads or tales of becasue all it has is 94 lines of

<FontCharacter Advance=(almost random numbers ranging from 2-8)" Code="(range:32-126)" SourceFile="images/fonts/FontArial14_0.tga" SourceRect="X,X,X,X" />

i cant seem to find the FontArial14_0.tga file in the the whole sony & subdirectorys...

I made a FontArial10.xml by opening the FontArial14.xml in notepad and changed the name from "FontArial14" to "FontArial10" then changed the pointsize to 11 instead of 15 then saved the .xml as 10 not 14...

Also Added <include>FontArial10.xml</include> to eq2ui_fonts.xml

I then changed the ligns in the Maintained.xml from where it says font file to use from 14T to 10 and now none of the text is showing... maybe someone can give me some pointers or something hehe

Your best bet is to load it up in the uibuilder and look in the page called fonts and textstyles, it will have all the slandered fonts the game uses in it. Ranging from small to large.

Find the one you use and reference to it in the Font field. Or make your own adjusting the point size to your liking and put that style in the window you are moding and reference to that.

hehe thx landiin but i figured it out hehe i got it working just needs a little more tweeking then i will post it in the patches area for all ;c)
