New window that displays my text (reference info)
 

What I would like is for someone to create a new window which would simply display text that I entered say in a .txt file that would be displayed in the new in-game window. If the window had several tabs each to display different text that would be great.

I know there are some mods out there that do similar things such as the mod to the help window that adds tabs with commonly used info, but I would like a new window not a mod to an existing window and one that I can easily change the text to whatever info I want to be able to reference in-game.

With all the big changes coming in the next patch / expansion I know SOE will be making changes to many of the existing windows (guild window, broker window, etc are all being changed) which is partly why I would like a new window not a mod to an existing window so that if SOE changes any of the standard windows it will not effect this.
