was reading the official forums and saw this post - thought I'd share :

seems one of the big UI gripes is about to get solved :) - for those that dont wanna follow the link - its been hinted that hotbar icons will be lockable on the hotbar in some fashion - no more accidental "lifting" of an icon during a fight or tradeskill session :)
