Official ClassicVert & TablesII Beta
 

I am planning on releasing this weekend a version of ClassicVert that I feel is Finished and start on the TablesII version of my skin. Look for updates on this thread only as I will not update either of the other 2.

Please let me know what parts of TablesII you really loved and what parts of VertClassic you really love. This way I know what to focus on getting converted first.

Here is the Mod folder for the Latest Version of VertClassic. It includes TablesII. Just copy the folder over and you should be fine. I haven't tested it but I am perdy sure it works.

I loved TabletsII ui and would love to see it again working. it would be great if you could post some pics of your project Findarato :nana:

Only problem i got so far was with the map it wont display at all but maybe is one of the mods i have installed again nice work specially on the TabletsII remake nice man :D

I cant include the MAPS project because its too big, you have to download the updater and run it.

I run the map updater and it works fine now but you wont see the map skins but is ok nice work man works super i found a bug in the start button with missing grafics but i change the start button to OCD thats what i always use :nana:

The guild window is not working and its weird since it worked yesterday maybe the patch today messed up the guild window other than that this skin rocks Findarato :nana:

Please say which guild window isnt working, I need to know so I can fix it.

the start button were you using the tablesII skin with Vert start button?

Yeah the start button said vert but is kindoff buggy in its grafics it sopoused see your character stats but the grafic is all messed up and the guild window is the one that displays when you press (u) the ui has no guild window i will try to put another a custom one to see if it is a problem with the ui

Plz if you make an update to your ui post it as your ui is the one im using as default im not using any other i love your work

and if you could incorporate the shop search button were you can search for items you are about to sell at your shop and compare prices to make it easy to match the market price :nana:

You might want to check the mail as i just checked my mail and there is no mail window so cant use the mail and the guild window

No mail with vert or TablesII?

I am using VC right now as my UI and I get mail, and the guild window looks fine. Please make sure your posting problems and telling me if its TablesII or VC.

Also, as for the guild window problems, Talyn's was never really into a guild, so not much was done in the way of a guild window that was "proper",.. Perhaps Vert should take over that aspect :)

Looking sharp though.

I would recommend screenshots (pictures) of Vert and Tablets on your beginning posts by the downloads.

Ok i will reset to the EQ2 Defaults to check all then ill install the Classicvert and TabletsII again and post again if it fixes it...

Findarato it was in my side i had this file currupted;

servername_charactername_eq2_uisettings.ini

now all works including the startbutton and everything else now if you could make a (Find) button on the inn vault market to check the prices of the items youare about to sell in the market would be great, right now your ui rocks and is working 100% nice work Findarato :nana:

Thanks, As for the VertClassic I am perdy sure thats working the way I want, I will toss more "mods" on to it and thoes will be the real updates to the UI, other than broken things.

Screen shots.. I will post some very soon. I haven't tested TablesII to see what its missing, but if some of the windows dont work just copy the VC windows over them, as they are working.

any chance of some screenies so we can see what the difference between group v2 ,v3 classic, original etc in VC and a shot of Tablets II both great "clean UI's".

They both work with each other ? could make a great mix n match out of them

sorry for the long time with no responce. I have been very buisy working on many other things as well as raiding 3+ hours a day, it can really take up your time.


I will work on these two UIs very soon, as well as getting some SS up.

Just letting you all know that my UI should move to the Update 12 fine. I have had no problems with the switch over.

I will look at the TablesII pages and see if there are any problems there.

I went back to default until you get updated versions. I kept getting black screen and kicked to desktop after update yesterday

Grr. Ok I will have a release out very shortly for Vert, and I will go back and test all of the tables windows and see if they work correctly.

Fin: I downloaded Vert Yesterday and am running it at a 1600 resolution. Absolutely love the look of it, Have a few Suggesstions for that resolution however. Most of the size problems I talk about may be because it is not designed for my resolution.

1) See if the Milquetoast Quest Journal and Guild window can be skinned to it, the info on those are insane and nice to have at the fingertips.

2) Can the hotbars be made so that the Numbers and symbols can be turned off?

3) Target Window, Implied Target and Casting bar need to be a bit larger for that resolution.

4) Optional Experience bar that has both Adventure and Tradeskill.


This is one awesome looking mod and I would love to use it all the time.

There were ZERO bugs I found with it after the LU12 patch. Everything worked like a charm.
