Target Window Request - not sure it's possible. :)
 

Hello,

A Guildie of mine had a couple of questions about possible Target Window mods. I'm not even sure the information is available to display, so not sure these are even possible. But I thought I'd throw it out here and see what the professionals think.

His question was if there was a Target window that would display which effects the target is currently under (Ensnare, Entrap, Poison, etc.) and also possibly your Hate rank with that target.
