Char select screen is bugged
 

When I get to my char select screen, I have no way to choose which char I want to play (have to use up and down arrows and return), no exit option and no create new char option. All I see is the char I'd most recently played - no text, nada. Any idea what I should do?

The servers are still down at the time of your post. They went down at 7am PST and will remain down till about 1pm PST. That is why your char select is messed up.
