Help with installation
 

I did some searching before posting this so i apologize if this has been answered. I'm really unclear as to how to exactely install a UI mod. I have read the directions and i just need someone to walk me through this a bit slower if thats ok.
Heres what i dont know how to do ............

On step #3 about unzipping xml, dds, and tga files, what folder does those files come out of? Also, what folder is the EQII directory and how do i edit it?

Again i apologize, i'm just needing to be walked through this better.
