is anyone else having problems....
 

I know this isn't really a proper board for this (the sony one might be better) but I find this atmosphere more...kind and relaxing.

anyways, I am trying to get the paperdoll image to work so I can upload it to eq2players, yet it never saves the screen shot as a paperdoll file. Is this just not implemented yet or does your computer have to be so "uber"?

np , i totally agree, the offical boards are too crowded. make sure you have paperdoll screenshot mapped to a button, i think by default, it isn't mapped to anything. it'll be saved in your main eq2 directory as paperdoll_[charname].jpg. just upload that and you're all set :D

Minor Note:

You MUST re-map the feature to capture the paperdoll image. it was *suppose* to be SHIFT-PRINT SCREEN but by default its NOTHING.. go in to OPTIONS then KEYMAP then find PAPERDOLL and set it for SHIFT PRINT SCREEN

then you should have a lot less hassle getting it to take.

okay more dunderhead questions...

1) do you need inventory open to take that shot?
2) how often do they update the characters section on eq2 players? (two of my toons aren't even showing up yet)

i would test these out myself but right now am at work (and it sucks as it is 2:45 am)

Inventory doesn't need to be open. I'm not sure exactly how frequently they update, but I know my toon and a friend of mine's toon both showed up within hours of creation, if not sooner.

see here is the weird thing...two of my toons I made are not on there. the other two i have, the first one is right..other than the fact that her shield is not showing up in the inventory.

the other, however, the items in the inventory is all correct..but the lvl listing is wrong. (it states that I am still lvl 9 yet how is it I can wear my lvl 10 warrior armor lol)

i dunno..maybe they are still just working out the kinks
