Wont Load the UI

Ok, I followed all the directions to get the UI skin to load in game, except when i log on, its all the same. And you said NOT to use the /loadui skill, so how do i load the UI?

My guess is you didn't make the eq2.ini file. Follow those directions and then you should be ok.
