Minimize button on Quick Search Store Window

Could you add a minimize "windowsblinds" button to the Quick Search Store Window? I like to keep my store window up but its takes up a lotta space. Thanks!

Sorry that I've taken so long to get back to you about this metavirus. I kept seeing this thread then getting side-tracked. I'd be happy to update the minimizing version. I don't suppose you could attach the old version (that doesn't work anymore) here so I don't have to go dig it up, could you?

Looked but not found

I believe this is the original thread. Couldn't find anything else.

Sorry it took so long to fulfill this request, but I put in an added bonus to apologize for the delay. When you click "Search for Item" it will now automatically perform the search (you won't have to click "Find Items"/press enter after the market window opens).

I know long ago I said that couldn't be done, but discoveries have been made since then. Hopefully people who've added my quick search function to their store windows will notice this and update their versions accordingly.

As always, let me know if there are any bugs.

Thanks!

What an awesome bonus! i can't wait to try it out. Does this have implications for other windows being able to execute a button command in another window?

Quib 04-13-2005 06:08 PM

Yeah, you can activate any button (or almost any) from an OnEvent. I don't know who actually discovered this, I just saw some code in the "Working IF statement" thread that looked like it would press a button, so I gave it a shot.
