Station Store Order
Anyone got an in-stock or better yet has-shipped email from the station store? seems to me that they would ship today (Nov 8th) and I should be able to start tracking the darned thing...

Having the same problem. My order has been on "Your order is being fulfilled." mode since Friday. Really hope they ship today and I get my tracking number soon.

I received it early this morning around 3am eastern time.
The UPS tracking isnt even updated yet to show me where the package actually is, so I assume it is still in the warehouse ready to ship. My guess is that I was lucky to be one of the first scanned for pickup by UPS, but hasnt physically been picked up yet. I'll check back in here once UPS updates to tell me where my package actually is. |
well now I'm really bummed... I have read thru alot of forums and it seems most that ordered fromf the station store got an email this weekend or early today and I have yet to get any info. Guess im just too much of an addict, or maybe I'm a worry wart, jsut want my disks on time, lol

I got my confirm from sony store.. shipped Nov 7th next day air!!! but i live on an island so it usually a day late anyway 8( Ups has to catch the ferry boat to get to me!! hopefully tomorrow!!

Ok just checked ups for the 200th or better time . I now have tracking info . I t says I should get it on the 10th Yippeeeeeeeeeeee but also sad wanted to have it for tommarrow.

I wonder if this is all dependant on when we actually pre ordered it =/ I was a little slow on the uptake so that might be why I've only receive the "your order is in stock"... Well... thats nice, you guys gonna ship it or just stare at it?

I ordered 3 copies back in August/September when it was first offered on the Station store, so I don't think it has to do with when you ordered. As of right now my order status is still "being fulfilled" and I sent an e-mail to the Station store earlier, still no reply. Usually takes them 24 hours to reply to anything. :(

Im still sittin in the BLUE myself here too.. I also preorderd back when it just was avaible, from the horse 2, SoE.. Figured if they are shippin it why not get the Horse Meat straight from the Horse, but after seein no Item Shipped email yet, I emailed SoE last night where they said to.. Still nothing this mornin, So i got w/ a CSR.. All he said its its on its way (seemed like he wanted to get done w/ me right away-prob heard that ? alot) I asked about cancelin cuz i got an EB games in town, said Ill lose my money (even w/ their f-up) So I was to wait.. I asked about a Trackin Number then seein he says ITS ON ITS WAY, but he said email [email protected] for trackin info requests.. So I have.. thats where I sit.. I hope someone is having luck w/ the Station Store.. I for one will not order anything again from them.. (the store that is)

... does anyone remember that great quote they had that said "BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO PLAY EQ2!!" :o *holds back the tears of anger... holds a little longer...* :mad: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Seriously, you SHOULD receive your shipment a day before other vendor releases if you pre-order from the actual company who makes the darn game. Rather than having OTHER stores let walk in customers get them with no pre order. Its... its just... increadibly wrong. I propose we send a horde of "I'm not amused" e-mails to SOE. |
Collectors Edition "Stuck in Customs"
"CE Stuck in customs" is what the SoE CSR said to me on the phone.
They said it "was because of the metal containers." I asked for a refund, and they told me about the e-mail I never recieved about reporting to them before 8PST (as stated somewhere above this post). And that they would cancel the order since no charges are made until they ship it. Funny, My credit card was hit the 5th and cleared. He thought that that was strange and shouldn't have been posted on credit card and that I was mistaken. ::Fuming mad:: |

Just got a reply from the Station store in my e-mail box, the highlights are listed below.
We experienced an unfortunate delay with U.S. Customs in clearing importation of recent shipments of the "tin" in which it is packaged. As a result we will not begin shipping the orders for these units until late this week. We offer you our apology. At this time we would like to offer you the ability to cancel your Station Store pre-order or order. No refund is necessary as your product has not been shipped and you have not been charged for the purchase. |
Mines arrived
I did a next-day air shipment from the sony store and it arrived this morning at my house. Unfortunately I'm imprisoned at work and foaming at the mouth.

tracking no
ok I got my tracking number by following the link on the order confirmation to account history with them. Then I went to order detail on there site, under my history, and there was the tracking number. My order is in Philly PA. right now and was shipped out of Omaha NE.
PS i just got mine finaly YEA!!!!!!!!!!!! meet you all in the game what server we all on lol :D :D :D :D :D :D |
same prob here... it seems that the package was at customs for a (2) long time.
hopefully will be getting it 2morrow. |
