Fenix UI target window problem
 

Ive reset everything and downloaded the latest fenix setup. However, everything works great but the target window. Its set at default with no orbs. I was using the ORB setup before and love. I redid the fenix folder and also the .ini but nothing changes the target window back. Is this something with the new patch? anyone else have this problem?
