EQ2Interface - [Added] [Map] Dragon Necropolis: Vaults of Veneration

Here is the third solo/heroic zone in the Necropolis set (doing them out of order this time). The map can also be used for the second Necropolis raid. Thanks to Sephy for getting me the raid information, as I'm not flagged for T5 raids yet.
