DarqUI Unified/Notify not launching

Hello,
I've been having an issue for about a week now that I'm looking for some help with. For some reason last week the DarqUI Unified and Notify apps along with EQ2MAPS auto updater stopped launching on my system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the cache and settings, and numerous other attempts to find the problem. I'm starting to think the culprit may be a recent Windows 11 update to .NET but since I haven't heard anyone else having an issue I'm unsure. No matter what I seem to do these applications do not launch so I can't even look at the settings within the programs. Anyone have any ideas?

What is your antivirus situation? Did they update recently?

I disabled the anti virus and firewall but still had issues. Seems like the issue is more severe than I had originally thought. Ended up doing a clean Windows install and started getting BSOD trying to update drivers. Replaced SSD and same issue. Swapped out RAM, updated BIOS, ran chkdsk and memtest86 and both passed. Sfc /scannow, and DISM were randomly causing BSOD or failing and Windows update keeps failing. Ran more diagnostics and I think it’s a motherboard issue causing wacky problems. Ordered a new motherboard that I’ll have tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
