URL Helper issues
 

I have the URL Helper setup but it is not launching pages in my web browser at all.

I have attached screenshot of the setup.

Look on the Settings tab and make sure the DarqUI folder is pointing to the correct location. The helper watches your character's log file for instructions, and if it can't find the log for your currently logged-in character it won't do anything. Also verify that you selected Live, Test or Beta on the Identity tab if this is a live server, or Origins if your character(s) are on Anashti Sul.

When you log in to the game and the helper is pointing to the correct folders, Character and Server labels should show the current character's information. The log file label should show \Servername\eq2log_Charname.txt and Game status should show 1 instance.

Do I need to reinstall Darq UI?

When you log in a character you should see a line in chat to the effect of "You are already in channel DarqUI_sdfsdf." If not, open the browser setup page in the window manager and manually add your private channel, then restart the game.

As a side note, I would move the utility out of DarqUI_v3 and into the \UI\ folder. This way, if you do decide to delete and reinstall DarqUI you won't be clobbering the utility. If your DarqUI Notify app is in DarqUI_v3 I would move it into \UI\ also.
