icon bar and darqui utility
 

i came back to the game just after ros dropped and found my old ui no longer supported so i switched to darqui. i am having issues with setting up the icon bar in game. and i cannot find the utility app in my ui folder or anywhere to download it.

Just download the file again and take note of where the browser is putting it. Probably your \Downloads folder. Double-click the zipped file and drag the utility out to your Desktop or to the EverQuest II\UI\ folder.
