[Request] Mass Transmute / Salvage / Extract UI helper
 

As it stands, transmuting, salvaging and extracting planar essence from lots of items is a pain in the backside due to repeated clicking on UI elements for each and every item.

Is there something you can do to avoid the very tedious and repetitive nature of this?
