<March21,2005>I took many ideas from another persons mod, namly the extra resists and showing lifetime status points. and placed them in a persona window as large as the default but with a slightly larger bio window. Also the addition of vertical XP bars

vertical XP bar is ready for testing on the first post, I don't really expect to make any major mods to EQ2ui for a long time since I'm still having fun playing the game, so if anyone wants to use these pieces I post.. Feel Free.

The X Interface
 
Ok, so vertical bars don't appear to be as praised as they were wanted in EQ1. No matter, I'm still wanting to make a UI from it; And today I am releasing my first test of the X Interface. Let me know if it even loads :-D

NOTES:
The XP bar is very light, lots of default coding removed.
Vitality can now only be seen via the percentile.
The Tradeskill bar still needs retuning, I will get to work on that sometime tonight.
Target Health is still horizontal, I couldn't find a way to make it work vertically... yet.

ok, scrapped the full UI idea.. what we have now is a tiny XP bar that seems strange /grin.evil

bars in order of left to right
CurrentXP, MiniXP, PlayerHealth, PlayerPower, Concentration, TargetHealth

no not mine Tony... history lesson time ( and i am trying to find a link to the old beta thread where this was posted )

a girl I think living in freeport had a pet cat named "patches" during beta, she fed it pepper 10 times and it fell over and stoped moving ( play dead animation ) however the cat did not wake back up like they were supposed to, so she cryed and went and buried it ( sold it back to the NPC I think )

I forget the rest, but I will try to find a link soon.

Nonono, they tried to rez it. That didn't work. Then they tried calling a GM, but the GM couldn't bring the poor kitty back to life either. They couldn't even pick the dead thing up, if I remember right.

And I tell you, after hearing that story I never, ever fed my baby dragon pepper. :D

however don't worry about your dragon, they find solutions to everything

( thats from a old screenshot, Lord Peanut of the Astral Plane is now just Lord Peanut )
