Error says manifest failed to download
 

I can't get EQ2 map updater to work due to problems with the manifest failed to download. I saved the error in a pdf which is attached to this thread.

Any help would be greatly appreciated but since I'm a noob at getting this addon stuff to work some detail would help :)

Make sure you're running the updater as an admin.

That was absolutely brilliant and you've been elected as a Guru! Thank you very much. A right click did the trick!

Update: after it was done, it said 'program has to shut down due to problems' or something like that. Do I have to now go back and undo the administrator thing for it to work correctly? I don't remember this ever happening before this manifest problem.
