Mob Casting bar
 

For some reason, I don't have the option to choose NPC's, PC's etc under

options>advanced>user interface>targeting windows

I only have show spell effects for target and implied target.

I've updated. Any suggestions?

My mob's cast bar is still not working correctly =/

Upper-right corner of your Options window. There should be an "Advanced" button there. Click it. That'll reveal the advanced options.

If you prefer, add this line to eq2.ini to force the options window to start in advanced mode:

cl_options_advanced 1

it's in advanced. =/

Only other possibility is they haven't patched it in on your server yet. Sometimes the non-US servers lag behind on updates.
