Population in Valley of the Fallen has been updated based on feedback.

ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Wizard
Arcane Force now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Lord of Arcana now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Disintegrating Fire is now an 8% chance per rank.
Frozen Thoughts now has a 12% chance per rank.

Warlock
Plaguelord now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Swift Invoking is now Powerful Invoking and now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Plagued Reality now has a 5% chance per rank.
Focused Apocalypse now has a 4.5% chance per rank.

Necromancer
Gravecaller's Expertise now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Death's Master now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Burning Life now has a 2.5% chance per rank.

Conjuror
Planar Conjurations now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Planar Dominator now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.

Coercer
Mystical Force now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Self-Coercion now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Repeated Shockwave now has a 25% chance per rank. It also improves the damage of Shock Wave by 50%.

Illusionist
Invoker's Finesse now converts Potency to Crit Bonus at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Grand Illusion now converts Crit Bonus to Potency at a 12 to 1 ratio.
Time Rampage is now 7.5% chance per rank.

Quests
Withered Lands
For the quest "Weakened Budling" you should still get the budlings to follow you if you got the kill with a mercenary and they should only spawn once per kill.

Greater Faydark
Reanimated Nexus Scion should more reliably spawn.
The Cogsmasher's Wrench drops from The Cogsmasher as intended.
