GENERAL
Fixed a bug where race changing from a winged race to a non-winged race via a race change potion could result in an invalid appearance on the character.

POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Fixed an issue where music and ambient sounds weren?t playing correctly in the new zones.
The speech bubbles from the following creatures should now be in readable text during event scenes:
Dozekar
Grendish
Susarrak

Dracur Prime [Solo]
Xerxis Mal'Fyrm is no longer immune to control effects.

TRADESKILLS
Fixed the equip restrictions on many tradeskilled items.
Astral Dust is now Effulgent Dust.
Effulgent Dust distillation recipes have been added to existing level 91 alchemist recipe books.

ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Fixed a bug where respecing a prestige tree could refund you AA points.

Coercer
Coercive Presence now properly scales the threat generating procs with its rank.

QUESTS
Demise of Dozekar: Killing Dozekar the Cursed in "Skyshrine: Betrayal in the Underdepths" now updates the quest.
