TRADESKILLS
Fixed a bug that was preventing players from advancing past level 90 as a tradeskiller.
The Tradeskill AA cap is 40 once more.


POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
Achievements are now available!
Hexapola should now be much more formidable.
Honvar should no longer appear to be walking in the air.

Skyshrine
Teleporters within Skyshrine should now allow all group members to be pulled into the zone if one member has access to the zone.


ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT
Row 5 Prestige Abilities are now ready for testing!

Defiler
Spiritrealm now properly increases beneficial spell range by 15% per rank.
Countenance of Defiler Spirits is now more effective than Sinister Countenance.


Fighter
Field Commander's Charge should trigger its damage correctly.

Scout
Advance Scout and Paralytic Venom should appear in the maintained window so it's easier to know when they've triggered.

Guardian
Retribution of the Protector now has four seperate rolls to clear the four combat arts, rather than one roll to clear all four.

Mystic
Spiritblade now applies only to the target when Bolster is used to trigger it. It should not be shared between the group when Stampede of the Herd is used to trigger it. Spiritblade's damage can no longer be resisted.
Corrected a display issue on Ancestral Assistance. It now correctly reads 3% per rank for Umbral Barrier to clear the reuse of Ancestral Channeling. The functionality has not been changed.
Umbral Barrier is now slightly larger than Umbral Warding.

Fury
Raging Whirlwind is now harder to resist than Tempest.
Overgrowth now heals targets within 12 meters of the target of Regrowth.

Warden
Shattered Infections now pulses a cure every second rather than triggering on damage received.
Phytochromatic Restoration now heals targets within 12 meters of the target of Photosynthesis.
Phytochromatic Alacrity now refreshes the reuse of Hierophantic Genesis instead of Ward of the Untamed.
Blinding Sands will also increase the group's Crit Bonus by 1% every time Sandstorm or Blinding Sands triggers. This stacks and lasts for 10 seconds.
Hierophant?s Mastery is now Sandstorm Mastery. It has 3 independent triggers at 15% per rank to clear the reuse of Winds of Permafrost and Whirl of Permafrost, Icefall and Icefall Strike or Frostbite and Frostbite Slice.

Inquisitor
Absolution now works with level 91+ versions of heals, and Fanatic's Inspiration. It no longer triggers on termination.
Smite Heretic is now harder to resist than Heresy.

Necromancer
Soulripper is now properly passive.

Wizard
Superheated no longer applies as a detrimental effect, placing a bug icon and an elemental debuff on the caster.


QUESTS
Skyshrine: The Underdepths
Mystery in the Underdepths: Killing Theldek the Stinger is now the fourth step of the quest, immediately following investigating Charayan's body.

Skyshrine: The City of Dracur
Item drop quests are now available and have RoIs.

Skyshrine: The Forbidden City of Dracur
Quests should now have RoIs.
