returning to game, getting UI back in order. And ran into a couple of issues: The Quest Journal populates with "J" and seems fully functional EXCEPT the 'Quest Helper' button. Its checked and can not be unchecked leaving the quest helper up on the HUD... ughh... any ideas? I have already dl'ed the individual pieces and copied over the .xml files with no luck.. This solution actually worked with my unclickable/nonfunctional hotbar keys....

Thanks for the support in advance. This UI has always been incredible and hope the good work continues.

Currently it's hardcoded and only toggles with the keybind for the quest helper (Alt + J ?)
I can probably create a workaround since SOE has yet to fix it.
