Characters blocked tho' Gold account
 

I had a Gold account on EQ2x. I know that the servers aren't up yet with GU65 and AOD, but when I went in to see, all but two of my characters are now blocked and there are no additional character slots available tho' I should have two more. How do I remedy this?

Wait for Sony to finish their server and database merges. Once they announce they are done and the game is live you can contact customer services if you still have problems.

This should have been fixed by now. Open a support ticket if it hasn't been.
