EQ2Interface - FetishDarkRoyale1

After searching for answers elsewhere and here, I have not been able to find any. I am a returning player from 6 years ago and want to utilize the UI FetishDarkRoyale1. However, after following instructions to a tee, I can not seem to get this, or any custom UI to work. I had no issues in the past but now this is a mess :mad: Any help would be greatly appreciated.
