Problem with EQ2 Map Updater

Hello all,

actually i downloaded this mod, version 1.2.4, then i installed it and rebooted it. Then, a few seconds after starting the EQ2-Launcher i got a message saying:

"Unable to load network configuration from: http://lp2.patch.station.sony.com:80...q2/bundles.xml.

Trying again in 5 seconds."

Somehow i managed to start the game but now , after around 20 minutes i got another message which content i forgot, it was something with "can't load" or something.

I'm playing EQ2 on my notebook at work and can't make big downloads, because i only got 5 GB traffic/month, and EQ2 has 11 GB, so if i want to reinstall the game, i have to carry the notebook to my home, where i have an unlimited connection. Without a car its sports. So please don't tell me i have to reinstall the game, anything aside of that is welcome:)

Edit a bit later: actually the station launcher popped up again, and this time i have the message:

"We're sorry but your login attempt has failed: Invalid user name or password."

This never happened before, it must have to do with the installation of the map updater

It's got nothing to do with the map updater. In fact, since the map updater doesn't pass any thing to the launchpad or do anything other than run it exactly as it'd be run via the shortcut, it can't have anything to do with the map updater. What happened is that an SOE update this afternoon broke the launchpad. The first reports I heard were around 3:30pm Pacific time, and I think it was back up by 7pm or so.

Maybe i were unlucky and fell middle into this update, because actually EQ is running sober, no problems with updating or starting.
Thanks for looking into this.
