POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Kunark- Creatures found within Kylong Plains, Kunzar Jungle, Fens of Nathsar and Jarsath Wastes should once again be dropping items.
Pedestal of Sky- Fixed the missing geometry in this zone.
Silent City: The Delving Dead- If you have completed all the collection quests for the Delving Dead, you can now find an explorer within the zone that will reward you for your efforts!
Stonebrunt Highlands- Vreshana Kestral will no longer send characters to The Palace of Roehn Theer if they opt not to go.
TRADESKILLS- Tradeskilled cloaks have had their original appearances restored.
- Power on Mastercrafted items has been bumped up some.
ITEMS- Item should no longer use static values when allocating stats. The values will now vary resulting in a more diverse selection of items.
- Items that had resists incorrectly removed have been restored.
- Critical chance should no longer appear on items below level 80.
- Treasured items between 40 and 69 have been rebalanced.
- Charms that lost their equip slots should have them again.
- Overland rares before 60 that were fabled are now legendary and legendary are now treasured.
- War Runes are now heirloom.
- Legslot items that did not have a valid appearance should now be less revealing.
- Many cloaks that had solid white appearances or no appearance at all should now have a valid appearance.
- Adornments of any level that grant Strength, Agility, Intelligence, Wisdom, Multiattack, Spell Reuse, Spell Casting Speed, Haste, and Ability Mod should now be usable in the charm slot.
- Golden Path adornments now have no level requirement.
ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT- Players below level 85 can no longer purchase Alternate Advancements in the Heroic Tree.
QUESTS- The Essence of Fear and the mass of iksar spirits necessary for the quest "The Name of Fear" should now be visible within the Shard of Fear.
- The Empowered Ghoulbane should be available on the Shady Swashbuckler in Nektulos Forest for those who have completed the quest "Ghoulbane Empowered".
