I have studied a couple of the more sophisticated mods and have seen what's possible.
Is there already a compiled list of allowed syntax rules, functions, flow control, operators, etc. ?

See the stuck threads in this forum. There is also the wiki but I believe there is nothing on there at the moment expect some content copied from over here.
