*UPDATED* - Selae's Target Window w/player and Implied Window - BETA - pics and tryout at bottom

Finally resolved the "floating stuff" issue. It seems my UI Builder screwed stuff up but a clean swipe fixed it :)

Uses Ger's pics for the tier system in "simple" mode. ALL credit goes to him :) He's great :)

4 bars: Target health/power and Player Health/Power

Removed the player name to make a bit more snug

added separate melee and range text that flash whenever you are using that type of attack (melee flashes alone when in melee but both flash when in ranged combat... working on it but not very hard :) )

Future will adjust size more for the simple version since it doesn't use the ^ and hopefully get the autosize for it working right :)
