Okay, I am using a modified Drums UI. And I don't quite know how to explain my issue...

Whats happening is, Usually after a log on, or make a change to my UI settings, the buttons on my hotbar seem to be unclickable. Now it would seem that about 90% of the icon in the hotbar does nothing, but usually a tiny sliver of the icon either at the top or bottom will trigger the ability. And the crazy part is .. once it works once.. then the entire icon becomes clickable again .. well .. at least until I log again.

Anyone else have anything similar? I thought at first that I had another frame covering part of my hotbar. But if thats the case I can't find it.

Almost certain that is what is going on, especially since part of it is not clickable but a small region is.

Try hitting F10 to make the backgrounds opaque, that should make it easy to see what is overlapping.

I tried all that, and to no avail .. I still have the same problem.

I know it's not another window because it changes, the clickable spot.

Post a screen of your setup.. Sounds you have your harbars setup real close together and the dead space of one harbar window is blacking the the other hotbar windows.

I have seen something similar and what seems to fix it is to go to the video options and change to windowed and back to full screen or vice versa, the buttons are there just not where the graphic is, they are offset a few pixels from the mouse pointer.

The Fullscreen switch fixed the problem, though what a pain in the butt :P Surprised that there is no "Windowed Fullscreen" like most other mmos. I use a 2 monitor setup so I need to keep it windowed.
