GENERAL
  • Improved client performance.
  • The "Time Traveler" title is a suffix again, like it's supposed to be.
POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
  • NPCs should no longer dance around players when engaged in melee.
  • The chronoportal event merchants in Commonlands and Antonica have returned for a limited time only to accept your remaining ancient platinum coins.
Crystalline Breaks
  • Geonids in Crystalline Breaks will now be correctly classified as living.

Kael Drakkel
  • Tychron the Exsulator should hate shuffle less.
  • Skarl’s Pegged now gives you 5 seconds to run from posts, when you are pegged for slaughter.
Kael Drakkel: Temple of Rallos Zek Heroic
  • Lowered collision radius on Idol of Rallos Zek and Idols of Rallos Zek [Challenge].
Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls
  • Lowered health totals for many named throughout the zone.
  • Narmek should no longer be quite as difficult.
  • Encounters designed to spawn adds when a specific creature dies should no longer spawn multiple copies of adds.
Tower of Frozen Shadow: Haunt of Syl’Tor
  • Tserrina should no longer be able to be respawned once killed
ABILITIES

Swashbuckler
  • Swashbuckler "Reach" should once again increase melee range.

QUESTS


Eastern Wastes
  • Finding Phenocryst's last missing part for Gritstone's quest, "Head First", no longer requires the player to be in third person view to obtain update.
Frostfang Sea
  • The Frostfang Sea storyline is now completable!
ITEMS
  • Added multi attack to Eye of the Shadow Beast.
  • Added multi attack to raid fighter wrists.
  • Added multi attack to the Torque of Crushing Onslaught.
  • Adjusted the Necretia Bow of Webs damage rating.
  • Added crit bonus to Looming Sadness Gorget.
  • The Gore-Imbued Bands pattern should now properly unpack.
  • Elemental Detonation will now stack if cast by different players.
  • The amount of Velium Shards required for Shard Armor has been reduced.
  • Several Yellow, Red, and War Rune adornment procs will now trigger on both spell and melee hits.
