New EQ2MAP Updater 1.2.5
 

I have made a new version with a new EQ2 Installation selector, but as i needed to rewrite many parts of the code i need to have it tested before i release it officially.
I have moved the location for cache and log to appdata.
The custom settings system that was a pain to add anything to have been replaced with a .NET system that is easy to use , but a lot had to be rewritten to make it work, so let me know if it has a bad memory :P
There are some more error checking.
Some bugs where found and fixed and some new where written ;)

Please let me know if you find anything odd.

A new version is now live so this is no longer valid.

Characters found has a typo. Browse directorys looks weird spelled that way. I'm from the US so it might be a localization thing. I expected to see directories. Everything else seems to be working properly though I don't have anything but the classic launcher installed so I didn't test the detection of other types.

I have been going crazy for weeks without eq2maps. I got a new computer with windows 7 home and it would not let my use eq2 maps. The link above fixed it . Thank you a million times over :o

Is this live yet? My 1.2.4 does not seem to be updating to this new version.

Sorry ,no, it still has a few minor bugs i have found , ill hope i can get it fixed soon.
For users that has no problem there is no need to update, the update is for new users that can't find the eq2 installation.
