Not Good With Downloads

Please forgive my ignorance but having downloaded EQ2Map (it is sitting in a zip folder in my downloads) what/how to I get it running?

Extract the setup file from the zip. Run it. Select your eq2 directory when prompted. Wait for it to patch. Launch the game. Play.
