Default player/target/implied window with hp/power %

Would somebody be so kind to create a mod to the default target/implied window with hp/power % display (like http://www.eq2interface.com/download...hpercents.html, but based on the current GU58 window)
And a default player window with hp/power % and numbers (like http://www.eq2interface.com/download...icktoCure.html, but based on the current GU58 window)
