Zone reset window
 

Where/what file is the zone reset window stored? Having issues with it and cant seem to locate it.

eq2ui_mainhud_zonereuse.xml is the filename.
Profit does not modify the file though so it is not in an unmodified profit install.

Trying to help a friend out then... So am i correct in thinking that if they are having issues with that window not displaying correctly they can delete that file and the patcher should fix it?

Yes, if you delete this file the patcher should re download a new one...

If i may impose on this community for some more help, please help with this issue. First a little background.

One of our Main raid healers can not reset zones. Her zone window always shows that she is not locked for any zone. It is getting to be problematic that we cant bring her to raids.

Things that do NOT help:

Loading default ui
Restarting eq2
Running a full scan
Deleting and recreating the eq2ui_mainhud_zonereuse.xml
Running the profit ui patcher
Running the eq2 maps patcher

Things Which do help
Logging in from a different computer and resetting from there.

We saw this issue ONCE about 2 months ago...considered it a fluke and moved on. All was well. Untill now. Nothing has really changed except she added eq2maps. I dont really see the connection.

We are about to the point of doing a clean reinstall of everything. If possible i'd like to avoid this and retain her settings. Anyone have any ideas?

As TalTal said this is certainly not a ProfitUI issue since ProfitUI does not contain that file. I too would recommend a clean install, see the red line in my signature for instructions on how to do it without losing settings.

Down at the bottom-left there's a pull-down for what zones to display. Have her select all zones, then back to locked zones. I've seen a glitch where it doesn't display the data until that setting's been changed at least once.
