Thinking of trying out fetish
 

for some reason Java no longer works on my computer to update the java updated UIs so I've decided to try fetish, in the install directions it say to install .net framework1.1 or eq2 mapper might not work. eq2 mapper is working fine now does that mean I have .net framework 1.1 already installed?

Yep, if the EQ2MAP updater is already working then don't worry about installing any .NET stuff.
