What am I doing wrong?
 

The instructions say to just use the autoloader, and direct it to connect using everquest2.exe. But there's a problem with that. The game says that launcher is an old launcher and won't allow it to be used to log in. The only valid way I can find to open the game is using the sony launcher.

This is only since Sentinel's Fate was installed.

Its incredibly aggravating. I feel like I've lost my right hand without this map system.

Your path is set wrong. See where the shortcut to the launcher you use goes, and then use the 'options' button on the EQ2MAP updater to set the Everquest2.exe file to the same path and then the "EQ2.exe" (the second browse button) to whatever the file is that your EQ2 shortcut goes to (probably Launcher.exe).

Finally... figured.... it... out.

Ok, the problem was that the computer had hidden some files on me so I couldn't attach it to the proper launcher. After I UNhid the files, I found the correct launcher and connected it. Its fine now.
