Threat meter
 

Is there a Threat meter for profit? or a defuat UI one i can use?

there's an option now to show it all the time (unsure where), but if you don't see it, hit ctrl-T. Normally only pops up during a fight.

Found it but it is still not showing up on the screen

The threat meter is integrated into the target and implied target windows (and the player window), it's a bar between health and power bars.

There are some in the download section. I use Ricks.
