what lvl pls help new

i just started playing eq2 the other day with a friend. what lvl do i have to be to use marketplace items for my char? like helmets/cloaks ect i heard 30 but is that true?

That is not true..
You can find gear from lvl 1 and up, and you can spend money on it from lvl 1 also..
Its a waste to do so, but its possible :)
