Journal and claim window wants me to upgrade
 

Like the title says when I enter the game and open the journal or /claim I get the UI piece is not up to date. It's odd cause I'm using the latest 11 version on a brand new reinstall. Any thoughts?

Redo your fresh install. It's using old versions of something or you wouldn't be getting those pop-ups.
