Hide mount ?
 

Was thinking this would be a very nice thing to have..
Lots of people really dislike the looks of the mounts, but the bonus from em are just a little to nice to be overlooked..

So asking in hope, can it be done, and if so, would anyone try to make it ?

This isn't something that is part of the UI, so no it's not possible. Try doing /Feedback to request it.

Didn't they put something like this in with GU52, or GU51?

I'm pretty sure in one of the last GUs, or one of the subsequent patches, they made it so if you enter a zone on your mount, it will be hidden but you'll still get the bonuses from it...or something like that

It's always been this way. Only difference is they made it so your mount is persistent through death.

This change was put in so you wouldn't have to zone out of an instance/raid and put on your mount buff for the extra enhancements, and then zone back in.

Yea the problem is that when you are in the open zones, there is no way to hide your mount, that is what I am looking for :)

There's probably not an option for it, since it would probably be some sort of unfair advantage in PvP.

I don't get why SOE hasn't gotten the clue to just leave mounts at run speed percentages, and make adornments for them.

Honestly I can't see how there should be anything unfair in hide mount.
If people feel cheated/beaten by someone who does it, they can do it themselves also, it would afterall be a choice for everyone..

Its much like the cloaks and helmets, some like the look, some hate it, and we now have a chance to hide both.
Next step would for sure be the mount, I know the only reason I dont have one on ANY of my toons is strictly because I hate the way it looks..

Was also why I asked, because I know there are many people who feel just like I do ;)
