client crashing changing toons

I looked around but wasn't sure if anyone posted anything on this site yet. My wife's computer is crashing when changing toons. SOE had suggested deleting some files which I renamed and reinstalled but it didn't help so I renamed the files I needed to get my settings back and posted on SOE. Anyone else having this issue?

Also seams to happen a lot when zoning, so my guess is it has something to do with loading zone or character resources.

I crash whenever I open up Legends of Norrath inside EQ2.

This has nothing to do with the OP bug. I have seen the bug you are talking about, it has something to do with your uisettings file. I usually find and alt that isn't crashing and copy their settings (all my alts use the same basic setup) and preto, you won't crash anymore.
