What mod <include>unauth_map.xml</include>?
What UI mod puts <include>unauth_map.xml</include> in the eq2ui_mainhud.xml file? becuase currently the implied target window wont work right for anyone who has this mod since the eq2ui_mainhud.xml is the old one(not from the 02/01/05 patch).

The mod works,the implied target just gets broke :) This will happen anytime they update include xml files.

Which is why I suggest modders keep their hands off any of the most likely to change XML files.
eq2ui_mainhud.xml eq2ui_inventory.xml eq2ui_popup.xml eq2ui_gamedata.xml eq2ui_ButtonStyles.xml eq2ui_FrameStyles.xml eq2ui_ProgressbarStyles.xml (and probably any other eq2ui_*Styles.xml files) probably shouldn't be touched. Authors should look for other ways of implementing what it is they're trying to without modding these files. They're all pretty critical files where having a modded one could screw up other parts of the UI if SOE patches that file. Quib |
