Hi I see at Wowinterface there's a quest helper and thing called tomtom that shows way point arrow when your tracking a quest and puts a x on map for loc ,is this possible to be made for EQ2, And if so would anyone mind making something like that?

Not automatically, but with a few steps.

You can probably find quest journal mods that will create links to quest spoiler websites with map locations using the EQ2 web browser. You can tell EQ2 to create a visible trail to any location in a zone with a command. The trail destination also appears on the map.

You can probably find most quest locations included with EQ2MAP which you can search for a location and it will create a trail like above.
