Hotbar with more info on mouseovers?
 

I'm just wondering if any of the hotbar UI's will tell you more info about the spells when you mouse-over them. What I'm most interested in is their power cost. I'm a shaman, and having that information would be very handy.

So far this appears not to be possible. Even if that data were available within the Hotkey window (which it isn't), there doesn't appear to be any way to append text to existing text.

There also doesn't appear to be any way to extract Examine details without first examining the item/spell/hotkey.
